This User-Generated Content (UGC) Policy governs all content submitted or uploaded by users on MyNestup, including comments, posts, media files, messages, guest contributions, or any interactive submissions. By submitting content, users agree to this Policy.

UGC includes, but is not limited to:

  • Guest posts or article submissions

By submitting content to MyNestup, users grant us a: Worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable license to:

  • Use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, broadcast, and display UGC
  • Create derivative works
  • Promote MyNestup or repurpose content across platforms

Users retain ownership of their original content but grant MyNestup usage rights described above.

5. Representation & Warranties

Users submitting content represent and warrant that:

  • They own or have legal rights to the content
  • The content does not infringe any third-party rights
  • The content complies with this Policy and all applicable laws
  • Permissions or releases have been obtained where necessary

Users accept liability for any claims arising from their submissions.

6. Moderation Rights

MyNestup reserves the right to:

  • Review, edit, or remove UGC at any time
  • Disable commenting or submission features where necessary
  • Suspend or terminate accounts for repeated violations
  • Filter or block prohibited content using automated or manual systems

Moderation decisions are final and may not always be accompanied by explanations.

7. Reporting Violations

We review reports in accordance with our moderation policies.

8. No Obligation to Publish

MyNestup is not obligated to publish or maintain any UGC. We may decline, remove, or archive submissions at our discretion.

9. Liability Disclaimer

MyNestup is not responsible for:

  • User-submitted content
  • Damages arising from UGC
  • Accuracy or reliability of UGC

UGC reflects the opinions of users, not MyNestup.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this UGC Policy at any time. The updated version will be reflected in the "Last Updated" date November 15th, 2025.
